Met these two horses along the Lincolnshire Coast Path as I trudged along the seemingly endless sea-wall.
Afterwards somebody told me that they were just showing off to impress me, so I must say I am very flattered. Hands down they were the most fun and friendly horses I’ve met on my whole walk.

thunder and lightning very very frightening
luckily some shelter in trees
squatted on mat counting seconds and dividing by three closest was 2 miles away
utterly terrifying sound
at least feet are dry BC chose to wear waterproof socks, silver lining
